Brock Clermont will now be offering his experience in coaching and training hunter, jumper, and equitation to the Boyton Beach, FL area. Having trained students from the ground up, along with already avid show competitors in all respective “A” circuit hunter, jumper, and equitation competition, local to finals, this is something he greatly looks forward to doing on the South Florida.

Brock Clermont and Clermark Equestrian LLP plans on continued success in training hunter, jumper, and equestrian enthusiasts in and out of the show to their desired goals. Facility

Located amid a serene country setting in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida. This premier facility offers 100 spacious stalls within five separate barns, owners lounge with two offices, three rings, eleven grooms quarters with common area, twenty paddocks on nearly thirty two acres. The barns come equipped with private laundry facility, tack rooms, feed rooms and grooming stalls. The stalls are large with state of the art fly spray system and fans. There are large outdoor sand rings, dressage rings, large outdoor grass field and many lush paddocks. This wonderful facility is minutes away from one of the largest show jumping and dressage competitions in the world. The Winter Equestrian Festival is the worlds largest and longest running equestrian competition.

BROCK CLERMONT

Head Trainer and Owner of Clermark Equestrian LLP, Brock Clermont, specializes in the purchasing and training riders and horses for  jumper, equitation, and hunter competition in “A” circuit and International competition.

Before relocating to Boyton Beach, FL, Brock Clermont and family, designed and built Clermark Equestrian in 2007 on the west coast of Florida in Bradenton.  That facility is currently being operated and leased by Kris Di Carlo Equestrian http://krisdicarloequestrian.com .

Brock Clermont has trained hundreds of children and adults from the beginner level and up the ranks to their desired goals and further over the years since turning professional at 18.  Experience in International Grand Prix and Equitation Finals coaching are all encompassed in the repertoire of Mr. Clermont.

Biography

Brock Clermont grew up riding at his family’s stable in Ontario and began training and teaching at a very young age.  At 17 after training under Canadian veteran Hugh Graham he went on to tutor under Canadian Olympic rider John Pearce at Forest View Farms.  He turned professional at 18 and become assistant pro at Forest View Farm training the horses and teaching clients for 4 years. After which, he trained with world renowned coach George Morris for a short period of time and travelled to Europe to ride for various stables including Paul Schockomoele Stables before taking a trainer/manager position through world champion hunter rider Peter Pletcher in Texas for a year.  Brock then travelled back to Ontario, Canada to form what has become a long partnership riding for Keean White at Angelstone Farms.

In 2007 Brock Clermont and family purchased and designed Clermark Equestrian LLP in Bradenton, Florida.  As head trainer and general manager Brock helped Clermark Equestrian LLP become the finest facility in the area through which hundreds of students and clients were trained and showed competitively throughout the U.S. under Mr. Clermont.  In 2013 Brock Clermont began coaching international and Olympic Russian rider, Liubov Kochetova. In 2014, after competing extensively in the Wellington Florida winter circuit over the past years, Clermark Equestrian LLP has moved its operations to Wellington for the winter season and Guelph, Ontario, Canada for the summer to accommodate Brock’s current training and business schedule with his horses and clients.

Some of Brock’s accomplishments within the sport include:
  • Winner of the Canadian Equestrian Federation Medal at The Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, ON (18yrs old)
  • Winner of the Equestrian Canada Medal at the York Equestrian Center (17yrs old)
  • 2nd place finish in his first Grand Prix in Collingwood, ON at 18 years old
